Who I Am
Hi there, I'm Anders - the founder of Ballcap Ventures. I've spent over a decade mastering my craft of building businesses on Amazon & Walmart. I'm a creative and problem solver at heart, and I take immense pride in the things I build.
I'm fortunate to have worked at two of the largest retail platforms in the country, and I am passionate about sharing my experience and insights to my partners to help them succeed in their endeavors on Amazon, Walmart, and other eCommerce marketplaces.
My Background
My retail journey began at Best Buy generating sales & demand forecasts for Video Games, focusing on new product launches, improving store in-stock rates, and reducing at-risk inventory.
I then joined the Amazon team as a Vendor Manager, leading platform management for charismatic brands in the Tools & Kitchen space on Amazon.ca. My responsibilities expanded to leading new vendor onboarding, serving as A+ content SME, and running category email campaigns for all 11 hardlines categories.
Currently, I operate a full-service agency dedicated to scaling brands on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace. Leading a team of ex-Amazonians, I manage all retail and provider partnerships, drive our advertising and client services, and oversee daily operations.
